Curved panels

Curved sections were produced on stationary structural supports. These are equipped with height - adjustable individual stamps (Pin - jigs). Mounting gantries are used for mounting profiles and beams, walls and smaller components. For a better execution of the MAG welding work, the welding equipment is arranged on the trolleys of the gantries or on swivel cantilevers.

Curved sections can be divided into the following variants:

• Curved plate plane containing single curved plates
• Curved plate plane mounted with profiles in main stiffening direction
• Curved plate plane with mounted profiles, web frames and stringer
• Curved plate plane with mounted profiles, stringer, web frames, bulkhead parts, deck parts
